So this is not much but it is my first video to post so I thought we would try it and see ow it does. Now I know how to do it I will be uploading more video in the future.

Community Easter Egg Hunt!
Today our neighborhood had it annual easter egg hunt. The weather was fairly descent so we took the kids, and they LOVED it!!! This was right up Walker's wheel house. He loves to put things into baskets, strollers, grocery carts, cups, and anything else he can think of. He is sometimes a shy little boy so when I put him down I was not real sure how he would react. He took off!!! He had more eggs in his baskets than Ellie did. Ellie also did really well. She sort of got the hang of it last year so I knew she would be fine. She wanted to eat the candy inside the eggs before she wanted to get anymore eggs. They both did really well and I thought the egg hunt was run very well.

We are still alive....
So obviously I have not posted in a while and there really is not reason for that. I could say that we have been crazy buys but we really haven't and the weather this winter has been ridiculous so we have been inside a lot...near the computer. Just a quick recap of what has been going on. We have had a bunch of snow this winter. More than I have ever seen in all the years I have lived in Texas. Jason and I went to Vegas with our very good friends, the whole family took a trip to Amarillo, and now the weather is nicer so we are able to get out of the house in the evenings. I have a million of pictures but will only post a handful. I might be doing this all night if I put ALL the pictures I have taken on here.

The second day we converted Walker's bed Ellie insisted she take a nap with him. He didn't complain and they went right to sleep, so I left them alone.
I believe this was the first snow fall of the year. We got 10 inches this time. Ridiculous!!!

Halloweenie Roast 2009
We had our 2nd annual Halloweenie Roast this year on Halloween night! It was a ton of fun this year. We had permission from the City of Wylie and the Wylie Police Department to shut down part of our street so it would be safer for the kids! It was such a great thing to do and we will definitely be doing that again next year. We served 92 hot dogs this year!!! Ellie and Walker and their friend Georgia we all garden gnomes for Halloween this year. They were so stinking cute. Walker was not very fond of the beard but after Shannon talked to him for a little bit about it he ended up leaving it on all night. He was the cutest gnome ever!!!! Ellie did really good with leaving her hat on all night as well. Trick or treating was a lot of fun this year as well. They both pretty much understood what we were doing. Walker really did not want people to put stuff in his bag, he really wanted to do it himself. I don't think he realized that we were going to multiple houses but one he figured that out he was running to the next house. It was really funny. Once again there a a ton of picture to this post.
